Coach Nolan Baxter plays baseball at a High School Varsity level, with deep experience at every position in the field. A left-handed pitcher who also catches, a top first baseman, and adept outfielder, he has worked all the drills from dozens of professional, high-school, travel, and top rec-league coaches. Coach's Award winner, experienced with international play, and the only out-of-the park home run in Naples Cal Ripkin League history, Coach Nolan has the knowledge to help bring young players to the top of their game.

Coach Nolan learned at an early age the power of stat-based metrics. He has identified key improvement markers and uses custom technological tools to both track and demonstrate improvement. Players and parents receive emailed weekly reports of progress (after a short base-lining period) along with recommendations for continued success!
